Description:

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat the skilled and long term residents at our skilled nursing facility Peak Resources Pinelake in Carthage, North Carolina. Peak Resources Pinelake is a 90 bed skilled nursing facility and 20 bed Alzheimer Special Care Assisted Living facility.The Physical Therapist will coordinate Physical Therapy patient care with the interdisciplinary team at the facility.
